Crown Hill Heritage Foundation will be offering bicentennial themed tours of Crown Hill Cemetery that will tell the story of Indianapolis, focusing on those who helped shape the history of Indianapolis – offering 2 walking and 4 trolley tours. In addition to the tour, participants will be given a take-home guide that will offer historical facts about many notable Indianapolis figures, not just those highlighted on the tour.

The tour stops will include familiar names like Lilly, Riley, Harrison, Binford, and many others who contributed to our great city. Crown Hill, in a sense, holds the history of Indianapolis through the stories of those who are buried here. Through these tours, it will highlight many who have made a significant impact on Indianapolis. The tours will tell their stories and explain what they did to make their mark on the city.
