Two Stories of Indianapolis: “Indy In Revue”

Claude McNeal Productions plans to present two original dramatic/musical productions documenting the transformations Indianapolis has experienced from a wilderness to world-class city. The second is a re-visioning of Claude McNeal’s award-winning “Indy In Revue: The Story of Indianapolis”, which uses a multi-media presentation, narration, dramatic vignettes, dance and popular song to bring the story of Indianapolis to life from 1820 to the present. This one-hour presentation will run in March and April 2021, for both public and student audiences. Indiana school children learn state history in the fourth grade, and this production enhances their curriculum with a focus on the city’s history, creativity and innovation. Performances will be held at the Indiana Freemason’s Hall Theatre.
